I have very long hair and had a hard time finding a scalp treatment that would not take forever to wash out. I got a prescription for Dermasmooth from my doctor and love this product. It smells decent, washes out easily, and removes all of the plaques on my scalp with very little time commitment. The down side is that you need to have your doctor prescribe Dermasmooth. Also, if I stop using it, the scales and redness come back within a few days. Still, it is much more efficient and effective than anything else I have tried.

I hve psoriasis and it is affecting me very bad. I have tried so many shampoos but nothing seemed to do anything. I will be triyng this shampoo to see if it is good for me. At the moment Iam triyng the light tratment but it dos’nt seem to work for me. Thank you for your advise and I will try this shampoo.
