I wear my hair very short and rub Cetaphil cream on the scalp, not the lotion. It seems to loosen the scales the best of anything else I have tried, without side effects. 16 years living with scalp psoriasis! Hang in there!!!

Thank you for the tip. I had used regular skin lotion with good results. Good to know cream works even better. I too, recommend shorter hair, which I know is more difficult for girls and women.
