Balance Your PH Level

January 23, 2013 — 11:12pm

I have had psoriasis for over 44 years. At times it has covered 50% of my body. During a recent outbreak, I read that an acidic PH environment can contribute to cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes and problems with weight gain. I have had a heart attack, was recently diagnosed with diabetes and am over weight. I also read that researchers have made a connection between PH and diseases like psoriasis, eczema and acne. Researchers say that “PH imbalance can have multifold negative impacts on psoriasis”. They also say that “increased acidity in the body may create an environment that aggravates psoriasis”. Psoriasis is an inflammatory condition and excess acids are known to irritate tissues. When the system becomes too acidic, increased toxicity from overtaxed organs can greatly impact inflammatory conditions like psoriasis. I tested my PH level and found that it was in the dangerous acidic level. The pharmacist recommended that I try Vaasa’s Buffer- PH+ a Homeopathic Medicinal. After two weeks of taking these capsules, my PH started to turn alkiline and my psoriasis totally cleared up. This is a miracle because this happened during another serious outbreak. This has never happened before in over 44 years since I first got psoriasis. I also looked at the acidic/alkaline food chart and eliminated acidic foods from my diet and added more alkiline foods. People who have seen results from eliminating beef, sugar and coffee etc, should test their PH as these are ranked high in acid. I recommend everyone test their PH. It is inexpensive, quick and can be done in the privacy of your home. Most pharmacies sell the test strips.

  • I have low to moderate psoriasis and I just ordered the strips and Vaxa Buffer pH. I hope that I have the results that you found as well. I thoroughly believe in lowering the body’s acidity level and have been trying through diet but found that I gave up when the results weren’t what I was hoping for. So, I’m starting again, with food, and am excited to add the buffer pH. Thank you for posting.
