I have found some good relief to my skin using Calendula Oil, is healing parts and looks so much better. It makes this less embarrassing.

I use Nivea soft on my psoriasis patches then wrap them up in cling film over night to sweat the cream into my skin (this also works with psoriasis creams) the next day my skin looks and feels gr8, the last thing I tried was EFT a form of therapy tapping, it got rid of all psoriasis off my legs it was fantastic would highly recommend.
