I have psoriatic arthritis in my hands and holding on to a cuticle cutter is hard. I found a great product through an online pharmacy. It’s called “Easy Hold” by Trim. They have other manicure products as well. The handle is rubber so it’s easy to grip.

I also have some trouble gripping tools like that, and it’s super important for me — it turns out that grooming my fingernails and cuticles, and using clear nail polish regularly, has been helping reduce the number of painful hangnails and broken fingernails I had been getting. Those seem to be part of the whole psoriatic arthritis/psoriasis gig, unfortunately. :/ But it’s been good to have them a little more under control.
