I’ve had terrible psoriasis on my hands for 5 years, and long ago stopped trying to find that “miracle” cure. Steroid creams helped flare-ups somewhat, but thinned my skin to the point that my hands were always cracked and bleeding. I tried Allpresan 3 with urea, and my hands have almost normal skin now. I use it after I shower in the morning, and again before I go to bed. I’m still careful to use gloves when I have my hands near household chemicals. I haven’t used the steroid cream for weeks. I read some research that stated that skin with psoriasis and eczema has 60-80% less naturally occurring urea, which is a byproduct of your skin. I can clean my house again, and tie my kids’ shoes without wincing!!
