I have had very mild psoriasis for years, until now. My foot is covered and the itch and pain drive me crazy. I tried four different prescription creams which did nothing to ease the itching. I’ve started soaking my foot in water with ocean salt and washing it with Head and Shoulders (watered down). The best thing which stops the itch almost instantly is calamine lotion.
