I have suffered with pretty bad skin for about 17 years now. I tried everything and found some of the best remedies to be the natural alternatives:
1. After showering, a blend of jojoba oil, with lavender (10 drops), cedarwood (5 drops) and bergamot (3 drops) really helped to heal and prevent outbreaks.
2. Keep up zinc levels
3. Avoid white wine and sugary alcoholic drinks
4. Evening primrose oil supplements
5. Exercise really helps
6. Use a sauna
7. Get a little sun gradually – it does help (be careful not to burn)
