I have been using Dove Men + Care Extra Fresh scent body wash for about 2 or 3 months now. My psoriasis is almost nonexistent in certain areas of my body. I have noticed that Dial body wash also helps. I can’t be certain that this is the reason why my psoriasis has cleared up, but give it a shot because IT WORKS FOR ME!
