I don’t eat wheat flour, milk or beef. My skin was dry and I had psoriasis over my whole body. In a month my psoriasis has improved! My diet is hard, but it works! I massage olive oil into my skin, and then apply a thick layer of Eucerin cream over that. I’ve noticed this... Read more »

Eucerin vs Wal-Mart ‘Equate’

Those using Eucerin to relive itching might want to try Wal-Mart’s “Equate,” sold in a 1-lb jar. Although somewhat greasier and not as pleasant to the touch, unlike Eucerin it does not tend to sting on first application, and costs about 1/3 as much. Read more »
