Fish oil and an over-the-counter psoriasis shampoo helped clear my scalp psoriasis for awhile. Within three months, most of my flaking and patches had gone away. Itch Relief

Over 40 years ago, my grandmother would rub me down in apple cider vinegar three times a day and put it in my food. It seemed to stop me from itching so much, and it would make my flakes fall off easily. Read more »
