Humira and a face wash

Here is what has worked for me: 1- Humira: I did the injections about a year ago. Literally about 1 1/2 weeks after the treatment started, I was cleared. Fish oil and an over-the-counter psoriasis shampoo helped clear my scalp psoriasis for awhile. Within three months, most of my flaking and patches had gone away. For the first time, I was able to go without having to wear a hat all the time. I also used a mixture of Crisco, Vaseline and olive oil... Read more »
