March 26, 2013 — 6:08pm
I bathe in Balnetar [tar product], using my prescribed home therapy lamp aggressively, and use Exorex Emulsifying Lotion [tar product] followed by their moisturizer. I am happy to report that my palms, elbows, feet and thighs are greatly improved! I still have a way to go on my lower legs, but everything is better! Read more »

There is a medical item called a bloomer; it is basically a plastic suit designed for people with incontinence, but I have found that it has other applications. Before you go to sleep... Read more »

Turmeric and a moisturizer
December 14, 2012 — 9:29pm
I find that adding tumeric to my diet helps keep psoriasis outbreaks down to a minimum. First check with your doctor before consuming it because of its properties. I find that applying Avon’s Moisture Therapy Intensive Hand Cream regularly to the affected areas also helps to heal psoriasis. Read more »
