I have mild lesions on back of my hand. I apply moisturizing cream in the morning which goes off partially after washing. After that, I usually cover with lipbalm chapstick which are very handy to carry in your pockets. This works well until I return home to apply my regular moisturizer. Read more »

Daily Moisturizing Regimen

I have fairly mild inverse psoriasis which covers 5 percent of my body. My daily regimen is to wash those areas with a clean and separate wash cloth using fragrance-free Aveeno Skin Relief Body wash. Turmeric and a moisturizer

I find that adding tumeric to my diet helps keep psoriasis outbreaks down to a minimum. First check with your doctor before consuming it because of its properties. I find that applying Avon’s Moisture Therapy Intensive Hand Cream regularly to the affected areas also helps to heal psoriasis. Read more »
