I have found that using a fine-toothed comb, like a lice comb works well for removing scale build-up on the scalp while I’m in the shower. I use it after applying the tar shampoo once the skin has had a chance to soften. It is much easier than when it is dry. Read more »

UVB plus Clobex spray works great
