Dietary changes

January 23, 2013 — 10:40pm

Since having gastric bypass surgery about a year and a half ago, I have cut out all beef, refined sugar, bread (especially white bread) and fried foods. I started to notice that the psoriasis on my hands was clearing up and with just a little boost from a topical steroid ointment, all the other psoriasis is pretty well cleared up too. I’m convinced that my drastic dietary changes are the reason for the improvement. I used to scratch until I bled … now I don’t have blood stains at the foot of my bed anymore.
