MSM for psoriatic arthritis and psoriasis

Six months ago, I began taking 1500 mg. of MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) daily for my psoriatic arthritis. Not only can I bend my fingers completely again, it has done wonders for my psoriasis on my elbows and knees. It is the same product that James Coburn and Robert Culp touted, and is available from multiple sources.
