Shampoo and conditioner

December 20, 2012 — 9:45pm

This recipe for shampoo and conditioner works for me. I bring one gallon of water to a near boil. I remove from heat. Slowly, I add two cups of baking soda, which fizzes. I let the solution cool. I pour this into an empty shampoo bottle. I saturate my hair and massage my scalp with this. I allow the mixture to stay in my hair for a minute or two. Rinse. I follow that with diluted apple cider vinegar- one part vinegar to four parts tap water that you’ve already put into an empty conditioner bottle. Allow to sit on hair for a minute or two and rinse.

  • I just noticed this recipe on another site and will be trying tonight for my scalp psoriasis. I will let you know how it goes.
