Shampoo, soap, diet & moisturizer

January 14, 2013 — 10:01pm

I am totally clear of psoriasis and I want to share my secrets with you.

I use Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Shampoo, available in most salons, and I have been able to wear black tops for years.

I alternate Dettol Soap, which is very strong and can be purchased online, with other milder soaps.

About four years ago, I decided to stop using Aspartame. It is in Sweet ‘n Low, diet sodas, etc. Now I use Splenda. After a couple of months without Aspartame, I noticed that I was starting to clear up.

The last product I love is new. It is called Olay Body Quench Therapy REPAIR CONCENTRATE. This ointment goes on like silk.

Also, I keep a bottle of lotion right in my shower. I sort of brush off the excess water with my hands and put on the lotion before getting out of the shower.

Editor’s note: Dettol soap contains phenol, an antibacterial and antiseptic agent.

  • I too recently started using Paul Mitchell Tea Tree shampoo and have seen extraordinary results. Prior to using this product the palms of my hands and the bottom of my feet would get so thick and scaly they would crack open. It was painful to walk or use my hands. Prior to using the Paul Mitchell shampoo I would frequently sand the excess scale off with an electric sander. I would also sleep with latex gloves on with a moisturizer inside. Now, I am 90% free of the scale. I am not certain it is because of the shampoo, but I firmly believe it is.
