Systemics, Diet and Psoriatic Arthritis

December 3, 2012 — 9:40pm

I am on Enbrel and Methotexate (8 tablets weekly) My skin is the clearest it has been in 12 years. My joints still ache, but I can move fairly well. For a while I could barely climb stairs. My toes and fingers are the most bothersome, especially when it’s humid outside. I tried the gluten-free diet. I felt a little better but it was so stressful and expensive I couldn’t manage that lifestyle.
