Clobex and Lamactin

I carry the HLA-B57 gene which has manifested in other ways such as iritis and mild arthritis. The last time I visited my dermatologist, my hands were at their worst, cracking and bleeding, despite using Tazorac and Betamethasone Dipropionate, a corticosteroid.
