8 months ago, my normally mild psoriasis got extremely severe and covered 98% of my body.  I had 4 different types of psoriasis, and no creams were helping whatsoever.  I was breastfeeding so i started exercising. 2 months later I was 100 clear! I use and love Aveeno lotions. I use Oil of Olay body wash with lavender (purple bottle) and the in-shower body lotion. They work great! The best treatment for psoriasis is practicing some simple Yoga exercises. No external treatment will cure it as it’s a disorder of our immune system. Psoriasis may get better or […] Read more »
